The "CCL Mechanism Table (Layup Table)" is a mechanism table composed of a mechanism lifter, standby lifter, conveyor belt, and empty carrier plate transport device. While the mechanism work is being performed on the mechanism lifter, empty carrier plates for the next mechanism are prepared on the standby lifter. Simultaneously with the completion of the mechanism, the actual carrier plate and the empty carrier plate are replaced at the same time, reducing the replacement time of the carrier plates. The mechanism lifter performs highly advanced leveling control, maintaining a constant mechanism height to achieve stable layup.
